Happy New Year!

The team is returning to Amazing Edibles Catering with a sense of normality after a super busy Christmas period. We appreciate hearing all the positive feedback from our clients about the food and services they enjoyed. Now we are ready to celebrate all the possibilities the New Year brings!

“I have to let you and Diana know that your staff is AMAZING!!!!! They did such a fabulous job last night! Everything was wonderful! We will definitely be using your services again in the future! Forecasted food trends for 2018 include floral flavors, and root to stem cooking using less commonly eaten produce parts like broccoli stem and watermelon rinds to reduce waste. Airy snacks will be popular; you will find foods like apples and vegetables puffed, popped, dried and crisped.  In addition, “super foods” packed full of nutrients will continue to trend upwards. Looking at winter harvest reports we anticipate serving plenty of root vegetables including beets & parsnips, brussel sprouts, kale, cabbage, broccoli, sweet potatoes & all kinds of squashes are wholesome winter vegetables. We expect citrus fruits, pomegranates & cranberries to continue to be in abundance.

You might think because the New Year has rolled in that the festivities are over. But that isn’t true for quite a few of our clients. Like us, they have been too busy tending to their own customers to stop and plan a year’s end, employee appreciation event.

Ready to help, we have cultivated a number of comforting and satisfying menus that can be served during the long cold days of winter. It’s never too late to let your team know how important they are to your successes. Let us help you show how much you appreciate all their hard work. Call our sales team at 312-563-1600.
