Ingredients
- Arborio Rice - 16 oz ( prepared)
- Egg - 1 (beaten)
- Pesto - 10 oz
- Shredded parmesan - 4 oz
- Panko - 4 oz
- Egg wash - 2 eggs mixed with 1/4 cup water
- AP Flour - 2 oz
- Salt and Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon each
Directions
- Cool Rice, mix beaten egg, pesto, parmesan, and salt and pepper
-Form into tablespoon size balls
-Bread by rolling in flour in flour, dip in egg wash
-Roll in panko
-Fry until golden brown at 350
(Can be frozen before eaten date)
